Installation and Commissioning

The equipment provided by us is installed and commissioned by our engineers in the customer’s laboratory. Before installation of the equipment in the customer’s laboratory, our technical experts will contact you to evaluate and check all required facilities and utilities for installation. If the required items for equipment installation are not available, our engineers will guide you by providing technical advice to provide and meet the installation requirements.

Training

Our training program, considering the performance of the equipment, includes training on the general operation of the instrument, specific notes on performance of the instrument, implementation and operation of customer-specific applications, and periodic time table for equipment maintenance.

After Sales Services

Our after-sales service center is always trying to improve the level of customer service by continuously upgrading and regular attendance of its engineers in supplementary and advanced training courses, by updating the knowledge of employees.
We have equipped our service department to provide you with the best after sales service in minimum time.

Flexible Services for training and support

Following the restrictions due to the covid-19 pandemic, our company’s installation and commissioning team has added remote training and installation of equipment to the company’s services using video calls and related applications.
